The localization of user is being read using GeoIP localization based on MaxMinds localization library.
However there are some sets of data that cannot be localized up to Administrative region due to different reasons. In that case number of visits from country will not be equal to sum of visits from its administrative regions

Please provide GeoJSON file describing administrative regions of country of your choice.
The map should support ISO naming understood by Highcharts engine and should be royalty free so we can use it right away.
