Report creation - userguide

You can go to report creation page in two ways:
a) From your profile page by clicking "Create reports"
b) From any website's dashboard by clicking the "reports" tab

In the first report creation page you can select report type by choosing one of the options from the "REPORT TYPE" dropdown menu.
Possible options are: table, line, bar and pie. Choosing report type "table" will result in creating a table, in the final stage of report creation, with data filtered by the conditions chosen by the user in second step. Respectively report type line, bar and pie will result in creating an appropriate chart.
In order to proceed to the second step, you have to click the "next" link located below the "Custom report" section.

In the second step you can choose for which sites you want to create reports, select appropriate filters, type of grouping and type of values to be displayed. At this step you can save selected configuration by clicking the "save" button or display the report by clicking the "get results" link.

If you want to save the configuration, after clicking the "save" button, you will be promped to enter the name for chosen settings. After entering the name and clicking "save" button in prompt, your configuration will be saved and from this moment it will be possible to select it from configuration selector from the first report creation page.

After clicking the "get results" link you will be redirected to the "Results" page containing appropriate type of report with data.

In order to view or send by email report created by previously saved configuration, from the first report creation page, you can select its name from the "Select configuration" menu and click respectively "next" or "send to email" link. After clicking "send to email" link you will be prompted to enter your email and select with what kind of frequency you want the report to be sent.

If you chose to schedule report mailing, list of all scheduled reports will be visible on the first report creation page. You are able to deactivate scheduling of given reports or delete them completely by clicking respectively "Deactivate" or "Delete" button in the table.
